Worry Dolls are an excellent tool for children with anxiety.

When worrying keeps you awake, simply tell your worries to you doll. Place the doll under your pillow and he or she will take over you worries, so you can sleep peacefully through the night. When morning breaks, you will awaken without the worries that your doll took away over night.
